These terms cover this website. It is a set of pages describing a software platform that is offered for sale. There is no service operated here, no account, and nothing to subscribe to.
They do not govern the platform. If you buy it, that happens under a separately negotiated agreement covering the transfer of the software and its source code, what is warranted, and what support if any is included. Nothing on this website is that agreement, an offer capable of acceptance, or a representation that survives into one.
Everything shown is the running product, captured against a demonstration agency. Figures are counted rather than estimated and the method is stated where they appear, but they describe the platform on the date of capture and will drift as the code changes. Verify anything you intend to rely on — Part 3 exists so your own engineers can, and the handover puts them in the code before anything is signed.
Nothing here is insurance, legal, financial or professional advice. The platform’s AI features produce drafts and assessments for a person to check; they are not a substitute for a licensed professional’s judgement, and any buyer operating it is responsible for what it produces.
The website is provided as it is. I do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The text, screenshots and design of this website remain mine until and unless they transfer under a sale agreement. The platform’s source code is what is for sale; these pages are how it is described.
