This notice covers this website, which exists to present the agentCanvas platform to prospective buyers. It is a set of pages and screenshots. There is no account to create, nothing to log in to, and no product operated here.
Nothing, unless you send it. If you book a walkthrough, the scheduling is handled by Calendly and you give them your name, your email address and whatever else you choose to put in the booking. If you email, I have your email. That is the whole of it.
No analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts that profile you. There is no newsletter and no mailing list.
It is used to arrange and hold the conversation you asked for, and to follow up on it. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone, and it is not used to build a marketing list.
The platform being sold handles real insurance data, and its data handling is described in detail on Part 3 — including, plainly, where identifying data is removed and where it is not. Once the platform is sold it runs on the buyer’s own infrastructure, under their own policies, and no data in it reaches me. This notice does not govern it.
Ask, and they are deleted. There is no form and no waiting period. Write to privacy@agentcanvas.ai.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
